Vilamoura is about 15 miles, or a 30 minute drive, from Faro airport. A taxi from the airport costs around €30, although hiring a car may be useful, particularly if travelling with young children.
Our apartment is very well situated in a quiet loaction within the heart of Vilamoura. There is a supermarket 2 or 3 minutes walk away, whilst the marina and beaches are 20-25 minutes walk or less than 5 minutes by car.
