The apartment comprises of 2 double/twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, a large kitchen area, separate dining area and comfortable lounge (with a sofa bed that can sleep another two people). Outside there is a large terrace with sunbeds and a dining table and chairs. The terrace is surrounded by a wall and is therefore very safe for families.

The apartment is set in beautiful gardens that are maintained to a very high standard, together with a lovely large and peaceful swimming pool. There is also a small, shallow pool for young children. For safety reasons the swimming pool is fenced in and accessed via a secure gate to prevent young children from straying into the pool.

This apartment is undergoing a full renovation in February 2008 and therefore will be in immaculate condition. There will be a brand new bath/shower rooms, new kitchen, new flooring (inside and outside on the large terrace), air-conditioning and all new furniture throughout. All crockery, kitchen utensils, bed linen, etc will also be brand new. We have currently only included photos of outside the flat and of the communal gardens and swimming pool - as soon as the renovations are complete we will add photos of the inside.

The apartment can sleep up to 6 people (including 2 on the sofa-bed in the living room). One bedroom has a lovely king-size bed, whilst the other has two confortable single beds. To maximise the use of space, all of the beds have space underneath to store luggage.

The apartment is equipped with an LCD flat panel TV. Reception is via satellite with many English as well as Portuguese and other European channels. We have also provided an Xbox together with a selection of games in order to entertain the kids and adults alike (we have even provided Tiger Woods PGA Tour for the golfers amongst you!). There is also a hi-fi and DVD player.
